
Returns & Exchanges
Trilogy will issue a full refund and/or exchange on all non-sale items received within 21 days of when items were shipped. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a product that is damaged you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise in order to be eligible for a refund. If you don’t follow this policy we will only accept returned merchandise at our discretion.
Shoes:
All shoes must be in the original box and in its original condition, not worn, bent, or damaged in any way. We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn or scuffed. We recommend trying shoes on, while on carpet. Please inspect all shoes for defects or marks before sending them back to avoid any problems.

Item Availability... We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items but occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected on your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

What is an exclusive? An exclusive is a specific item that is only available on SHOPTRILOGYONLINE.com. You can not buy that specific item anywhere else!

During the holiday season (Christmas & Hanukkah), trilogy will extend the period for allowed returns to 30 days.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
Shipping and handling:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST. will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday . Shoptrilogyonline.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. We don’t offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
